Race Halted, Erin Carter

slowly down 12th Avenue as they
await word on finishing the event. The race was halted abruptly
halfway
through after Erin Carter (Canadian National Team) crashed
and was immobilized, then rushed to the hospital with a possible
serious neck injury. The race resumed within 30 minutes.
