"Life Is a
Bike" Column By Gianna Bellofatto
A large, lopsided human balances perfectly on two wheels,
defying the laws of nature
(let alone common sense!). Don't try to figure it out,
it's all part of the happy,
Bike-illogic world we inhabit. Our cycling
humorist rides again...

White
Mountains' Majesty By Theresa Russell
Cycling

in Pennsylvania,
"The Mother of Rail Trail States," we're
tickled to have over 100 such trails. Most
states, however, are lucky if they have but ten of them.
Let us know whether or not
you have good access to decent rail trails. Or do you
think there are already plenty
(or too many) rail trails in your region? It has become a
public good vs. adjacent-
property-owner debate in many locales. (Poll posted
